Promises &
Disclosures
“Beauty is truth, truth beauty – that is all ye
know on earth, and all ye need to know.”
– John Keats from “Ode to a Grecian Urn”
(Disclosures at bottom of this page)
I promise you
honesty. As you learn oil painting and learn to draw
online, you may have dreams of fame and riches. As someone
with over 40 years experience as an artist, I will be the
first to tell you that neither comes easily. Artists who
held a college degree in Fine Arts made an average of
$44,000 in 2001. (Notice I said, “who held a college
degree.”) That $44,000, however, is not strictly from the
sale of art. It also most likely includes income from other
sources such as driving cabs, waiting tables or teaching.
While it is possible to earn a living solely from the sale
of your art (after you learn oil painting), I would be less
than honest if I told you it is an easy road. If you choose
to learn oil painting, do it for love – not for money.
Refund Policy: I
promise you’ll be satisfied. This online art school
has been successful in helping countless individuals learn
to draw online. However, if, within 15
days of receiving the art student sign-up kit, you
are not completely satisfied and do not feel you will be
able to learn to draw online, you may return the art course
books, camera, and art supplies for a
full refund.
You will be issued a refund if all
materials and equipment are (i) unused and in good
condition; (ii) in their original packaging; and (iii)
returned within 15 days of your receipt of the student
sign-up kit. Once you have begun the art classes and
submitted one or more assignments, it is assumed that you
are satisfied and refunds will not be issued.
You are given a full 30 months to
complete the entire 6 Lesson art course. You may also opt to purchase
art classes individually if you believe you will need more
time to learn how to draw and how to draw and paint.
The 30 months applies to each
Pay-As-You-Go Lesson as well.
Those who are under 18 years of age
must have parental consent to enroll in the online art
school.
The art course is only available in
English at the moment.

connection with other activities made available online. The
collection of such information is done on a volunteer basis.

identification information about you to any third party
without your permission, except as may be required by law or

Shipping Policies.
Most student kits ship in 1 to 3 days unless extreme weather
or supply problems occur. Shipment varies by location. In
the United States and most of the world, United State Post
Office is used to ship student kits. Student kits usually
arrive within a week to ten days at the most. Sometimes, we
have had customs delays in some countries. We will track
your shipment and notify you by email of the status of your
shipment as it travels to you.
(All shipping costs are included in the price
of any course or single Lesson purchase - to be clear WE pay
for shipping, the student does not pay for shipping
International art students must pay any of their country's
tariffs, duties and taxes)
